How we hire

The resume was never enough. So we stopped using it.

Taskflow uses Sprnkle to build a richer view of every candidate, then screens and interviews on your behalf before recommending a match.

Living Profile

One profile that stays current.

Experience, capabilities, work context and supporting material sit in one place — including a written introduction, a voice introduction and selected work — rather than freezing at the moment a resume was written.

Taskflow’s hiring system is powered by Sprnkle.

01

Personality Fingerprint

Structured context around traits such as leadership, communication, problem solving, adaptability, collaboration, creativity and composure — how someone works, not just what they have done.

02

Capability Fingerprint

Named capabilities rather than job titles, with endorsements, references and supporting evidence where available. Evidence is presented as supplied, alongside the checks Taskflow performs.

03

Work, voice and video

Candidates show selected work and introduce themselves in their own voice and on camera, so our recruiters can assess communication early in the process.

What the client sees.

You do not receive a pile of resumes or spend hours interviewing a candidate pool. Taskflow uses Sprnkle’s structured role-matching signal, along with our own screening and interviews, to identify the candidate we believe is the strongest fit before they reach you. You meet the match. You retain final approval. It is decision support — never an automated hiring decision.

Role matching

Sprnkle gives Taskflow structured fit signals across personality, capabilities, evidence and the written requirements of the role. Our recruiting team combines those signals with role-specific screening and interviews to identify the strongest candidate for the client. Sprnkle informs the decision. Taskflow makes the recruiting judgment. The client retains final approval.

Better signal in. Better match out.
