Security & infrastructure

Built for work that cannot disappear into a black box.

Taskflow combines dedicated people with managed workspace, equipment and operational controls designed to give clients greater visibility over how and where work is performed. Security configurations vary by client requirements and engagement scope.

The managed work environment

Work happens somewhere you can describe.

The most practical security control in distributed work is a real, supervised place to work with equipment the provider owns and maintains. That is the baseline for every Taskflow engagement.

Workstations and daylight inside a managed Taskflow office
Managed offices
Taskflow teams work from supervised Taskflow offices, not unmanaged home setups.
Assigned workstations
Each operator works at an assigned workstation inside the managed workspace.
Attendance
Attendance and working hours are administered by Taskflow as part of employment.
Equipment
Computers, peripherals and the working setup are provided and maintained by Taskflow.
On-site support
Local operational support is available inside the office during working hours.

Taskflow describes its operational practices only. Physical access technologies, surveillance arrangements and device-level controls are confirmed per engagement and are not represented here as universal capabilities.

Shared responsibility

Two sides, stated plainly.

Taskflow does not control your applications, your permissions or your data policies. Knowing exactly where the line sits is what makes a security review straightforward.

Taskflow is responsible for

  • The physical work environment and supervised workspace
  • Employment of the operator and the associated HR administration
  • Provision and maintenance of the working equipment
  • Operational controls agreed in writing for your engagement

The client remains responsible for

  • Configuring its own applications and security settings
  • Deciding which systems and data the operator may access
  • Setting permission levels inside client-owned tools
  • Maintaining its own internal security and data-handling policies

Scoped per engagement

Controls are written, not assumed.

Requirements differ enormously between a bookkeeping engagement and a regulated client environment. Rather than publish a single control list, Taskflow agrees the applicable controls before a team starts.

Access management
Which applications an operator can reach is determined by the client inside its own systems. Where a client requires role-based access, credential ownership rules or multi-factor authentication, those requirements are agreed before the team starts.
Data handling
Rules covering copying, downloading, removable media, local storage and document access are scoped to each client’s security requirements and written into the engagement.
Managed access configurations
For clients with stricter access requirements, Taskflow can support managed-access and enterprise-browser configurations designed to give companies greater control over application access, data handling and device posture. Availability is confirmed per engagement.
Connectivity and continuity
Offices run on business internet service. Specific redundancy, backup power and continuity arrangements are confirmed per engagement rather than presented as a blanket specification.
Incident handling
If a security event, credential compromise or lost device occurs, raise it with your Taskflow contact immediately. Escalation and response steps are agreed as part of your engagement.

If your security team needs specific controls—device encryption, endpoint tooling, USB or download restrictions, named escalation paths—raise them during scoping. We will confirm in writing what we can support for your engagement.

Certifications and standards

What we do not claim.

Taskflow is continuing to formalize its security program as the company grows. We do not currently represent Taskflow as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, and we do not display compliance badges we have not earned.

We also avoid marketing language such as “bank-level” or “military-grade” security. If a control matters to your business, ask for it specifically and we will tell you whether it is in place today.
