Employment & compliance
Your team. Employment infrastructure handled.
Taskflow is designed to remove the administrative complexity of building a dedicated overseas team. We coordinate recruiting, employment administration, payroll and ongoing support so clients can focus on directing the work.
The split
Who does what.
Taskflow does not remove every obligation a company has. It removes the employment operation you would otherwise have to build overseas.
Taskflow handles
- Recruiting and role definition
- Employment administration for the operator
- Payroll processing and compensation administration
- Deductions and contributions applicable to the engagement, as set out in your engagement documentation
- Attendance and employee records
- Managed workspace and equipment
- Day-to-day HR support, performance coordination and offboarding administration
You direct
- Daily tasks, priorities and deadlines
- Workflows, standards and quality expectations
- KPIs and performance feedback
- Tools, systems and access the operator uses
- The outcomes the role is accountable for
- Its own internal policies, confidentiality requirements and legal obligations
The employing entity, jurisdiction and the precise statutory contributions that apply are confirmed in your engagement documentation. Taskflow does not publish a definitive statutory list on this page and does not claim that a client’s own legal or tax obligations are eliminated.
The engagement lifecycle
From onboarding to exit.
Procurement teams usually care less about the pitch and more about what happens when something goes wrong. Here is the shape of it.
- Onboarding
- Once you approve the match, Taskflow completes employment administration, prepares equipment and the workstation, and coordinates the start date with your team.
- Performance
- Performance is a shared conversation. You direct the work and give feedback; Taskflow supports coaching, attendance and any formal employment process required.
- Replacement
- If the fit is not working, raise it early. We review the situation with you and recruit a replacement where that is the right answer. The specific replacement terms, any associated fees and the notice that applies are set out in your service agreement rather than promised as an open-ended guarantee.
- Offboarding
- When an operator leaves the engagement, access is removed, equipment is returned to Taskflow, payroll is closed out and any agreed handover is coordinated with your team.
- Contracts and invoicing
- Engagements run under a written service agreement covering scope, rate, schedule, invoicing, term and notice. The commercial terms that apply to your engagement are confirmed in writing before the team starts.
- Are operators freelancers?
- No. Taskflow operators are employed, dedicated team members working full-time (40 hours a week) or part-time (20 hours a week) for one client, from a managed Taskflow office. They are not freelancers, marketplace contractors or shared assistants.
- Who processes payroll?
- Taskflow. Payroll processing, deductions and compensation administration are handled as part of the engagement, and you are invoiced under your service agreement rather than running the operator through your own payroll.
- Who directs the work?
- You do. Your team sets priorities, workflows, standards, tools and KPIs. Taskflow carries the employment and operational infrastructure around the person.
- What happens if performance is not acceptable?
- Tell us early. We review it with you and address it through coaching and management, or recruit a replacement where that is the right answer. The applicable terms are in your service agreement.
- What happens if an operator leaves?
- Taskflow begins recruiting a replacement and coordinates handover where the engagement allows. Access is removed and equipment is returned as part of offboarding.
- Who owns the work produced?
- Work-product ownership and confidentiality are governed by your service agreement. Bring your own terms to the review and we will work through them.
- How is confidential information handled?
- Confidentiality obligations sit in the engagement documentation, and practical data-handling controls are scoped to your security requirements.
- Can my company require additional security controls?
- Yes, subject to confirmation. Raise your requirements during scoping and we will tell you what we can support for your engagement.
- Can we use our own software and policies?
- Yes. Teams work inside your systems and follow your internal policies. Non-standard software licences or hardware are scoped before the team starts.
- What happens when the engagement ends?
- Notice is given under your service agreement, access is removed, equipment is returned to Taskflow and payroll is closed out.

We would rather answer them before an agreement than after one.
