How it works

A clear path from operating need to working team.

Taskflow defines, sources, screens and interviews, then presents the single candidate we believe is the strongest match. You retain final approval and direct the work.

01

Define

We translate the work, outcomes and operating rhythm into a precise role brief. We agree the scorecard, systems, hours and team context before recruiting begins.

02

Source

Taskflow sources and evaluates candidates based on endorsed capabilities, personality fit, role-specific evidence and the requirements of the actual operating environment. We do not use resumes. Candidates build a Sprnkle Living Profile and complete Taskflow’s role-specific screening, so personality, capabilities, communication, evidence and role alignment are all assessed by our recruiting team.

03

Evaluate

Taskflow reviews the candidate pool, conducts the interviews and identifies the strongest candidate for the role. You meet our recommended candidate and give final approval. If the match is not right, we continue the search.

04

Match & Deploy

You meet the candidate we believe is the strongest fit and give final approval. We handle the employment infrastructure while your team works inside your systems. Onboarding, payroll, equipment, office and HR support remain in place.

Recruiting timeline

How long it takes, honestly.

Many common operational roles can be recruited and deployed quickly. Specialized, technical and leadership roles may require additional search time.

02 · Source candidates
Taskflow recruits against that brief. We do not use resumes.

04 · Taskflow interview

05 · Client approval
You meet the candidate we believe is the strongest match and decide.
06 · Employment, equipment, onboarding
Contracts, payroll setup, workstation and systems access.
07 · Launch

Common operational roles

Generally the fastest to recruit.

Specialist roles

May require a longer search.

Leadership and scarce technical roles

Highly dependent on market availability.

Recruiting timelines depend on role complexity, compensation, candidate availability, schedule, required tools and client interview requirements. Taskflow does not promise a fixed number of days for every role. As one case study, a 13-person team was built in under 10 business days for Frazier Consulting — a real engagement result, not a universal commitment.

What happens after approval

The infrastructure stays after the hire.

This is the difference between filling a seat and building dependable capacity. Taskflow remains responsible for the employment environment while your leaders own priorities and performance.
