Sourcing deposits

A sourcing deposit may be refundable when Taskflow is unable to present qualified candidates within the timeframe agreed in writing, subject to the specific engagement terms.

After a team member starts

Once service has commenced, Taskflow generally addresses fit or performance concerns through support and replacement processes rather than conventional refunds.

Written agreement controls

Any engagement-specific terms in a signed agreement take precedence over this general website policy.
